About the Author

Blowing the Whistle: How I Exposed Corruption in a Nuclear Laboratory, a "Prestigious" University, and the U.S. Government: Volume 1 — learn about the real-life author, Kupaaikekaiao Thomas, here.

I pursued a PhD in Nuclear Engineering at the Colorado School of Mines, where I worked on developing chemicals for recycling nuclear waste.

After two years, I left the program with a master’s degree instead. Since then, I’ve written a comedic work of fiction inspired by my experiences in graduate school.

The reasons I left may become apparent if you read the book or even just the homepage of this website.

Since leaving, I have also taken an interest in legal matters. Mainly to make sure my former graduate school can’t sue me (or my company, BTW Media LLC).

That knowledge has already come in handy when dealing with certain people… possibly angry former colleagues.
